Central Mass Auctions 10/30 Antique Auction

Worcester, Mass. – Central Mass Auctions Inc. (www.centralmassauctions.com) will be conducting a multi-estate auction on October 30, 2008 @ 6:00 PM at 1059 Millbury St. featuring items from a Cleveland, OH area recreated country store, a New Hampshire estate, a Cape Cod Inn and several Massachusetts estates.

We will be offering many Country Store items from the Ohio recreated country store including Advertising Tins, Advertising Signs, an Oak Pepsin Gum Penny Game of Chance and an 1800’s Wood Cased Penny Slot Machine.

The New Hampshire estate contained much glassware and china including pieces of Victorian Glassware: Syrup Pitchers, Glass Biscuit Jar and Sugar Shakers. We are also offering Nippon and Noritake China, Fenton Glassware and Roseville pottery from this estate.

We are offering a cast iron fireback from the 18th Century Circadia Inn in Harwichport (Cape Cod), MA along with a Jimmy Stewart movie poster, a cast iron Mack truck, Tin Ice cream truck and other toys. We also obtained a Deco Chandelier with round glass globe and 5 Oyster Shell shaped Panels along with other Deco and Art Nouveau lighting.

We are offering a Period Chippendale style Chest (2 Over 4), a Period Cherry Top Tavern table w/ Chestnut legs, a Cherry Swing Leg Table with Tapered Legs, aan antique rifle and double barrel Lakin Shotgun along with many clocks, a Tin Windup Japanese Robot & Other Toys.

Along with the items above, we are offering we are offering over 400 lots of Furniture, Lighting & Accessories, Paintings and Prints, Toys, Marbles & Collectibles, Books, Photos & Ephemera, Advertising, Estate & Costume Jewelry, Clothing & Accessories, Glass & China, Stoneware and Pottery, Sterling Silver & Other Metalwork, Coins, Clocks & Watches and Much More.
