ANTIQUES STREET FAIR In MULLICA HILL, NEW JERSEY
Saturday, April 25, 2009 10am-4pm (Rain-date), Sunday, April 26, 2009
Historic Mullica Hill Village, located in Southern New Jersey, has always been known as Antique Country and a wonderful place to find antiques and collectibles. It’s the perfect place to discover a 19th century cupboard or Grandma’s McCoy Indian Head cookie jar.
The Mullica Hill Merchants Association is excited to announce that this spring it will host its first Antiques Street Fair in conjunction with the Annual Spring Open House.
Three large antique co-ops, The Yellow Garage, King’s Row and The Old Mill along with several owner occupied shops including Trellis Antiques & Interiors, Deja Vu, Old & New Shop, Sign of St. George and The Front Porch Antiques will offer a wide variety of antiques and collectibles for the antique enthusiast. To add to the treasure hunt, multiple antique dealers from the area will line the sidewalks with their unique merchandise.
Your stroll up and down Main Street will also take you to other delightful shops, tea rooms and eateries, each offering a special something for the day. Blueplate Restaurant’s chef James Malaby specializes in fine dining but for the fair he’ll be firing up his outdoor grill & serving hot dogs, hamburgers & other delicious quick bites. Enjoy some wine and cheese at the Heritage Station Wine Tasting Party or bring your daughter to Debra’s Dolls for a complimentary photograph with a princess doll. Local musicians will be performing throughout the village, for your added enjoyment. Be sure to mark your calendar for this special event.
