Highlights of the sale include:

Lot 340: An exceptional “Birkin” bag in shiny green porosus crocodile with silver hardware, keyfob and padlock, double handle and stamped with the letter I. The bag is in mint condition and measures 13 x 17 in. Minimum bid for this piece is €24,000. Numerous other “Birkin” bags are also included in this sale, starting at €1,600.

Lot 377B: An exceptional bicolor orange and olive green porosus crocodile “Kelly” bag with gold-plated trim, wrapped padlock, keys, loop strap and imprinted with the letter X. This bag is in very good condition. Bidding will begin at €14,000. Over fifty other “Kelly” bags will be offered in this sale from €80 and upwards.
Lot 318B: A diamond encrusted “Kelly” watch. To celebrate the 30-year anniversary of the “Kelly” watch, La Montre Herm?s has encrusted its master watchmakers with the creation of this exclusive model. Made of gold set with 186 diamonds totaling 0.97 carats, this exceptional piece is one in a limited edition of 30. Bidding will open at €10,000. Many fine Herm?s watches are available in this sale, including a number of other “Kelly” watches.

Lot 257B: A rare and sublime square printed silk scarf from the year 1943 depicting the city of Paris, bearing the inscription “Ici est la vrai portrait naturel de la ville, Cit?, Universit? de Paris, 1576.” This piece is in good condition and bidding will begin at €300. Many more scarves will also be offered with bids beginning at €40.

Lot 154: Fifteen silk Herm?s men’s neckties in various colors and patterns. Minimum bid for this lot is €300. This sale also offers a number of other lots for the discerning gentleman; including ties, watches, luggage and more.

Collectors of vintage fashion and couture will also want to review Kerry Taylor’s upcoming June auction of the important Emanuel Archive of Princess Diana related material (1981-1986). It will consist of clothing, fashion sketches, invoices, letters and related ephemera. Highlights include a version of the controversial black taffeta gown worn by Princess Diana for her first official appearance with HRH Prince Charles in 1981 and numerous items relating to Diana’s Royal wedding gown.
