In response to the demand for larger appraiser groups needing simultaneous access to appraisals, Collectorpro Software Group is very proud to announce the very first multi-user network version of Collectorpro Software.
Collectorpro Software Group Vice President Brian Hiatt comments, “Over the past several months we have received several inquiries from group appraisal practices for a version of Collectorpro Appraiser Edition that can run on a network and allow appraisal reports to be maintained by multiple appraisers at the same time.”
Mr. Hiatt continues, “In response to this we have created a version of Collectorpro that will run on a network server and allow multiple users access to the appraisal reports. We found that many of our clients had several appraisers in the same office and each specialized in a particular area, or areas of appraising. This new version of Collectorpro will allow each appraisal specialist to work on the objects in the appraisal that they are assigned.”
Collectorpro Appraiser Edition software allows appraisers to prepare professional appraisal reports in 40% to 50% of the time compared to using a word processing or spreadsheet program. This allows the appraiser to spend more time doing what they are trained for and less time formatting reports and calculating totals.
