Yardley 55th Annual Antique Show Jan 16

The Yardley Community Centre in Yardley, Pennsylvania, will open its doors for the 55th Annual Antique Show on Friday, January 16 and Saturday, January 17. This is a highly anticipated event among dealers and collectors each year, and is Bucks County’s longest running antiques show. In celebration of the show’s 55th milestone, one shopper each day will win a $50 gift certificate to be spent at the show.

Once again, twenty-one dealers from Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania will fill the floors of the Yardley Community Centre with their finest wares. The show is well known for its variety of antiques ranging from country to formal. Featured items will include country and traditional furniture, rugs, primitives, quilts and other textiles, folk art, maps and prints, china, pottery, glassware, jewelry, dolls and toys and books.

Morris Antiques, Easton, Maryland; American and European Antiques, Lawrenceville, New Jersey; Imagine Antiques, Newtown, Pennsylvania; Ken and Jan Silveri Antiques, Hamburg, Pennsylvania; Theresa Bogdan Antiques, Yardley, Pennsylvania; Friarswood Antiques, Lambertville, New Jersey; Jane Ashton Antiques, Lawrenceville, New Jersey; Sandbrook Antiques, Flemington, New Jersey; Pentimento, Furlong, Pennsylvania; Young and Old Antiques, Chalfont, Pennsylvania; Mary Beach Antiques, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania; Irene Shelton, Mt. Laurel, New Jersey and Joy Harrington, Yardley, Pennsylvania. New to the show this year are Hex Highway Antiques, Hamburg, Pennsylvania; Antiques in Bloom, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Tex Johnson Antiques, Adamstown, Pennsylvania.

The show is the major fundraiser for the ongoing preservation and upkeep of the historic Yardley Community Centre. The Community Centre is located at 64 South Main Street in the heart of Yardley Borough. Show hours on Friday are from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Delicious food prepared by Soup to Nuts will be available during show hours.
